Refund Policy

OVERVIEW:
  • Returns are accepted for new and unused merchandise with its original packaging within 14 days of the date of the delivered shipment.

  • Boom Boom Home does not provide prepaid return labels. Postage is to be fully paid by the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, within 30 days. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward credit was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

  • You are eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours of making your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at help@boomboomhome.com

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

  • Items, such as furniture and rugs are made to order. Made to order items are final sales and are not eligible for return.

 

SALE ITEMS:

  • Returns are accepted for new and unused merchandise with its original packaging within 14 days of the date of the delivered shipment for store credit only.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

  • If upon arrival, any part of your order is damaged, please email help@boomboomhome.com as soon as possible and include your order number and a picture of the damage. Any inquiry must be received by Boom Boom Home within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note: Once product is removed from its original protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.

 

LOST PACKAGES:

  •  Boom Boom Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
