PROCESSING AND HANDLING:
  • Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Some items, such as furniture and rugs are made to order therefore may take extra time to send out.
  • After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped with a tracking number.

 

SHIPPING TIMES:

  • For US domestic shipping, it usually takes 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping times for overseas/made-to-order items are typically within 2 to 4 weeks, but delivery time may vary depending on your location.
  • Please note that import and customs delays to certain destinations may cause shipping times to extend beyond the estimated delivery window.

SHIPPING RATES:

  • We offer $9.99 shipping on all orders. 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email contact us.
  • If a change of address is made directly with the courier Boom Boom Home will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels.
  • We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order on our contact page.
  • If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address) We reserve the right to charge a reshipment fee of $5 for United States orders and $10 for international orders.
  • Boom Boom Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
  • The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
  • Please note that the international shipping costs that Boom Boom Home provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of United States. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to United States as this fee is in no way covered by Boom Boom Home.

Return policy

OVERVIEW:
  • Returns are accepted for new and unused merchandise with its original packaging within 14 days of the date of the delivered shipment.
  • To start a return, please contact us at help@boomboomhome.com
  • Boom Boom Home does not provide prepaid return labels. Postage is to be fully paid by the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, within 30 days. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward credit was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

  • You are eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours of making your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at help@boomboomhome.com

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

  • Items, such as furniture and rugs are made to order. Made to order items are final sales and are not eligible for return.

 

SALE ITEMS:

  • Returns are accepted for new and unused merchandise with its original packaging within 14 days of the date of the delivered shipment for store credit only.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

  • If upon arrival, any part of your order is damaged, please email help@boomboomhome.com as soon as possible and include your order number and a picture of the damage. Any inquiry must be received by Boom Boom Home within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note: Once product is removed from its original protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.

 

LOST PACKAGES:
